What Does Hamptons Style Mean?
Hamptons style is characterised by sophisticated, cool, and classic designs with a coastal, simple, yet luxurious style. Think crisp whites, natural textures, timber flooring, panelled walls, pendant lighting, shaker style cabinetry, coastal colours (blues, off whites and soft greys), natural light, luxurious furnishings, and big windows.

What is the Difference Between Hamptons and Coastal Style?
Hamptons and Coastal styles are often confused. The main differences between Hamptons and Coastal styles are; Coastal styles are relaxed and rustic, whereas Hamptons style is refined and luxurious. Coastal styles traditionally incorporate blues, greens and yellows and unique décor (such as shells and upcycled furnishings) whereas Hamptons style is more glamorous.
