Design ACP Studio
We loved this Seaforth House project designed by ACP Studio for a young professional couple who were relocating from London.
The space with a brushed brass fixture palette is adorned with our Gallant knobs and Terrace handles in Brushed Brass finish that created a more modern and clean lines in the kitchen, living and dining area.
Inspiration was drawn mainly from the client to curate the design to suit their personal taste and requirements. The existing space and location was another source of inspiration. A home which is located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches with a beautiful lush view was the reason to create this bright open space.
The design brief for the project was to achieve a Northern Beaches coastal look and feel while also maintaining a cohesiveness throughout the existing house. A modern Hamptons look without being too traditional.
The highlight in this project was the brushed brass fixture palette to create a ‘modern’ theme on the classic Hamptons/Coastal interior design style, matching the young professional couple’s vibrant personalities. In order to achieve that modern and clean lined handles from the Castella ranges, Gallant and Terrace, were selected to complement the brushed brass fixture palette.

A wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to open up the space. The existing bathroom and laundry space was opened up to create the butler’s pantry and powder room. These enlargements create a bright and open space that flows beautifully.

The Terrace cabinet handles are designed and made in Italy. A simple handle that is as functional as it is stylish, and will add interest to both contemporary and more traditional schemes. The copper finishes are finished with a PVD coating and will not patina with time.
